The Role
1. Supervise and support a team of 4 finance staff
2. Manage VAT returns, ledgers, direct debits, and reconciliations
3. Oversee banking, reporting, and fixed asset register
4. Improve systems, processes, and ensure compliance
What You’ll Need
5. AAT Qualified or Part qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
6. Strong experience in finance operations and team leadership
7. Excellent Excel and financial systems skills
8. Organised, proactive, and collaborative mindset
