Your Role as a Support Worker:
Supporting individuals with mental health conditions in supported living setting
Encouraging independence with daily living tasks
Supporting service users with hobbies, activities, and social engagement
Building positive, professional relationships with people who have varying needs and abilities
Promoting dignity, respect, and wellbeing always
Requirements:
Aged 23 or over
Right to work in the UK (no sp0ns0rship available)
Minimum 6 months’ experience in a healthcare or support setting
Have a full UK driving licence and their own vehicle
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport with vulnerable adults
