Job Title: Nights Residential Child Care Worker

Key Responsibilities
Night staff work across our North Lancashire region, ensuring the home is secure during the night, offering a friendly face to support children who may wake, and dealing with any issues that arise. Enhanced pay rates apply for night and weekend work, including a 25% uplift for hours worked between 11pm and 8am (subject to a start time before 6am). Weekend work may attract up to 33% additional pay when part of the contractual working week.
