Our client is looking for a reliable and organised Office Administrator to support their office and warehouse operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring orders are processed accurately and dispatched efficiently, while also handling day-to-day communication. Shifts: 08:00-16:30 OR 09:00-17:30 Starting Salary: £12.21 Key Duties & Responsibilities: * Generating receipts and picking documents for the warehouse. * Creating despatch paperwork and booking orders with third-party carriers. * Printing and preparing labels for warehouse use. * Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls. * Managing emails. Skills & Experience * Previous experience in an office administration or logistics environment preferred. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Confident using computer systems and printers. * Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
