We are seeking a proactive and compassionate Housing Manager to take operational responsibility for our supported housing services in Rugeley.
Responsibilities
You will oversee all aspects of housing management
* from lettings, rent collection, maintenance, safeguarding, compliance, and performance
* whilst leading a dedicated team to deliver person‑centred, trauma‑informed support that empowers residents to thrive.
Working closely with local authorities and partner agencies, you’ll drive high occupancy, financial performance and service excellence, ensuring safe, high‑quality accommodation that transforms lives.
