What youll be doing:
* Operating, monitoring, and maintaining the asphalt mixing plant
* Ensuring high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance at all times
* Troubleshooting machinery and reporting any faults to the maintenance team
* Managing raw material inputs and ensuring quality control throughout the mixing process
* Supporting the wider team during breakdowns, clean-downs, and shift transitions
* Working collaboratively in a shift-based team structure to meet production targets
