Overview
Contract: Permanent. Working Hours: 35 hours (Full-time).

JWF has a reputation as 'measurement experts' for major organisations including Macallan, Diageo, Harbour Energy, Scotia Gas Networks, Howdens and Ineos. JWF and sister company Stream Measurement, provide a wide range of measurement, services and data solutions to the water, process, utility, energy, food and beverage sector. We are partners with several of the world's leading instrumentation providers including ABB, WIKA and Flexim.
Responsibilities
* Loading and unloading of goods using pallet trucks and counter balance forklifts
* Quality and quantity checking of goods
* Re-packing and storing goods in warehouse prior to onward shipping
* Securely packing and arranging shipping according to customer requirements
* Reporting any damages and discrepancies
* Completing stock checks and investigating any differences
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
* Following health & safety guidelines at all times
* Assisting in implementing improvements to warehouse operations
Experience
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a warehouse environment
* Valid Forklift Truck Counterbalance license
* Knowledge of warehouse operations and safety regulations
* Good communication and organizational skills with the ability to work to deadlines
* Good attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Manual Handling experience with physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
* Basic computer skills
