Role Purpose
The Junior Retail Experience Manager supports the delivery of best‑in‑class in‑store experiences through flawless execution, attention to detail, and strong operational support. This role works closely with Senior Retail Experience Managers to ensure activations are delivered on time, to standard, and maintained across key retail partners. This is a hands‑on role designed to build strong foundations in retail execution, project coordination, and stakeholder management.
Role And Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Execution & Store Standards
* Support the delivery of in‑store activations, promotions, and retail executions, ensuring they are implemented on time and to agreed standards.
* Conduct regular checks to ensure installations, layouts, POS, and messaging are correctly implemented and well maintained.
* Identify execution issues in store and proactively escalated or resolve them.
* Support updates to store layouts and displays to maximise visibility and customer engagement.
Retail & Space Support
* Assist in maintaining Samsung visibility and presence within agreed retail spaces.
* Support space compliance checks to ensure fixtures, products, and messaging align with agreed plans.
* Work with internal teams and partners to ensure retail spaces remain clean, premium, and customer‑ready.
Project Coordination
* Support the coordination of multiple retail projects, tracking actions, timelines, and deliverables.
* Maintain project trackers, installation schedules, and status updates.
* Liaise with agencies, installers, and internal teams to support smooth delivery.
* Help identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and execution quality.
Insight & Reporting
* Support the collection of store feedback, execution insights, and competitor observations.
* Assist with basic reporting on execution status, store compliance, and performance trends.
* Use insights to recommend small improvements to execution and customer experience.
Stakeholder Collaboration
* Build strong working relationships with internal teams, agencies, and retail partners.
* Support Senior Managers in preparing materials, updates, and presentations for stakeholders.
* Attend meetings and store visits to build commercial and retail experience.
What We’re Looking For
Skills & Attributes
* Strong attention to detail and pride in high‑quality delivery.

* Good understanding of retail environments and shopper journeys (or strong desire to learn).
* Comfortable working with data, trackers, and basic performance metrics.
* Clear communicator, confident working with multiple stakeholders.
* Curious, motivated, and eager to build a career in retail experience and execution.
Experience & Background
* Early career experience in retail, merchandising, field marketing, or project coordination.
* Exposure to store execution, retail operations, or agency coordination is desirable.
* Strong Excel / PowerPoint skills preferred.
