We are currently seeking a dedicated Retail and Events Manager to join our client’s team based in Chepstow, Monmouthshire. This pivotal role encompasses overseeing all bars and catering outlets at racecourses, including Ffos Las Racecourse, with responsibilities spanning from managing staff and delivering high-quality events to ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in retail and event management within hospitality or catering environments. You will be expected to drive revenue growth, optimise operational efficiency, and uphold the highest standards of service delivery during race days and special events.
