Job Description:
Join Telent's Engineering Team to innovate and develop solutions that impact critical national infrastructure. As a NOC Technician, you'll provide administrative support to the engineering team, ensure incident resolution according to procedures, and work within a 24/7 shift rota.
Responsibilities:
1. Handle incoming calls and emails, responding in line with KPIs.
2. Create incident tickets from customer reports.
3. Action Service Requests.
4. Allocate and dispatch tickets to support and engineering teams.
5. Manage incident tickets with regular updates.
6. Coordinate traffic management and liaise with providers and control teams.
7. Provide network incident updates to customers.
8. Coordinate with utility companies during power-related network issues.
Who you are:
Experienced in supporting Enterprise and Service Provider Networks, preferably within a NOC environment.
Key Requirements:
* Experience with 1st Line diagnostics and incident resolution.
* Strong communication skills across all seniority levels.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
