An exciting opportunity has arisen in our South East Region. We are looking for an experienced Regional Manager to lead 9 Specialist Orthodontic Practices, including St Ives, Peterborough, Cambridge, Northampton, Chelmsford, Worthing, West Bridgford, Shoreham, and Bexleyheath.
Your future, your role
* Leading and coaching your teams to provide outstanding patient care
* Recruiting and developing a high-performing management team to deliver on financial targets and KPIs
* Working in partnership with your Clinical Development Advisor and Clinical Director to support the development and growth of the self-employed clinicians in your team
* Leading with effective clinician recruitment and proactively supporting the onboarding process
* Ensuring excellence across the practice, regulatory compliance, and clinical standards are in line with mydentist policies and guidance
* Building effective relationships with your regional support functions to drive performance in all aspects of the business

* Multi-site operational management experience with a history of growing performance and demonstrating strong leadership
* Strong business acumen with experience analysing data and insight to make commercial decisions
