PK Education are seeking Autism Specialist Teaching Assistants to support pupils within SEND resource provisions and specialist settings across West Yorkshire from September 2026.
Qualifications
We are particularly interested in candidates with experience supporting:
* ASC
* Communication needs
* Sensory regulation
* Non‑verbal pupils
* Structured routine support
Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include:
* Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis
* Delivering structured interventions
* Supporting transitions and routines
* Encouraging communication and engagement
* Managing sensory needs positively

Compensation & Support
* Competitive rates of pay from between £100 - £115 per day (AWR Compliant)
* On the job training provided by the school
* 24/7 support and feedback from experienced education consultants
