Responsibilities:
To provide support to the Administrator
* Collating photos and content for social media, marketing, monthly newsletters and website.
* Finance: such as uploading invoices and receipts to internal systems.
* Recruitment: such as booking interviews, creating interview and induction packs and updating HR files.
* General office support, including but not limited to, booking services, ordering stationery, responding to emails.
Ideal candidate:
* You will need to be organised and able to adapt to the variety of tasks within the day.
* Compassion, patience and confidentially are imperative to this role, providing our residents, staff and families with the best customer service.
* Previous experience in a busy admin role required.

* On going training, including apprentice scheme.
* 28 days holiday including Bank Holidays.

Part-time working: Tuesday - Thursday 9am - 5pm.
