Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall presentation of our hotel, ensuring that guests enjoy a comfortable and welcoming environment. Duties
* Clean and sanitise guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest standards of cleanliness.
* Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required.
* Restock supplies in guest rooms and public areas, ensuring all items are well-presented.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
* Assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
* Maintain cleanliness in storage areas and ensure proper organisation of cleaning supplies.
* Follow health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.
* Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries with professionalism.
Skills
* Previous hotel experience is highly desirable, showcasing familiarity with hospitality standards.
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleaning standards.
* Janitorial experience is beneficial, demonstrating knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment.
* Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
