Construction Tutor - Groundworks (CITB Programmes) Location: Watford (Site & Employer-Based - Travel Required) Salary: Competitive Job Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Role We are recruiting on behalf of a national training provider for a Construction Tutor - Groundworks based in Watford. This role is ideal for experienced Groundworks, Civil Engineering or Rail professionals looking to move into training, as well as qualified tutors seeking a new opportunity. You will deliver CITB-accredited Civil Engineering and Groundworks programmes to employed and unemployed learners. Delivery will take place at employer sites, training academies and occasionally online. You will support learners through to successful completion, tracking progress via OneFile and ensuring all compliance and funding requirements are met. The role includes travel across Watford and surrounding areas, with occasional overnight stays (expenses covered). Full training can be provided for candidates with strong industry experience who wish to gain teaching and assessing qualifications.
