Responsibilities:
* You'll be at the forefront of deal execution, drafting and negotiating crucial transaction documents like mergers agreements, acquisition agreements, and private placement memoranda (PPMs)
* Your sharp legal mind will be vital in conducting thorough due diligence on target companies and advising clients on all relevant legal and regulatory matters
* Staying ahead of the curve is essential - you'll be expected to maintain a deep understanding of both UK corporate and ECM law developments
Who You Are:
* A qualified lawyer in England & Wales or another relevant Commonwealth jurisdiction
* Proven track record in corporate M&A and ECM transactions (3-8 years PQE)
* An analytical thinker with exceptional problem-solving skills
* A master of drafting and negotiation, ensuring clear and concise legal communication
* A detail-oriented professional with a commitment to accuracy
* A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment
