We are currently recruiting a full time Administrator to support our North Lanarkshire Support Living Initiative service. This is a permanent role working Monday - Friday between the hours of 8.30am-5.15pm office based which is located in Chryston.
As the service Administrator you will work alongside managers, team leaders and support staff providing them with day-to-day administrative support. The role will include working to strict deadlines and ensuring all administrative tasks are carried out and meeting to strict deadlines.
This is a full time permanent role working 35 hours per week.
What you will need to bring to the role
1. Previous experience in working in a similar role
2. Good interpersonal skills, interact with people from all walks of life.
3. Effective communication skills: verbal, non-verbal, written & IT skills
4. Confident in problem solving and decision making. Ability to consult others appropriately.
5. Ability to work as part of a team either working alongside others or remotely as appropriate
6. Accountable and committed to high personal work standards.
7. Ability to put learning into practice and prepared to take on new challenges.
