Adecco are working in partnership with Serco to recruit candidates to work as an essential public service worker, where you will be a vital member of the Serco team.
The role involves:
* Providing end-to-end customer service on multiple streams including interacting with stakeholders at various levels including handling inbound and outbound calls and making relevant escalations as necessary.
* Data input from standardised templates onto company systems
* Good IT skills including use of CRM and Microsoft Office

Requirements:
* You must have a minimum WIFI download speed of 8mgb, Minimum Upload Speed: 3Mbps and where possible a wired network connection (ethernet connection) to the router should be used to allow for a more stable internet connection.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
* Able to follow instructions and processes
* Resilience and the ability to work in a faced paced, high pressured team environment
* Verified RTW documentation
* Consent to undertake BPSS verification and willingness to provide employment history
* Willingness and consent to apply for a DBS check
* Ability to work on a out of hours service from home between 1am - 9am
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including a confident telephone manner with the ability to engage and build rapport quickly with people to assess their needs in a timely manner
* Ability to handle the sensitive nature of calls/contacts to the service with empathy, professionalism, and a non-judgemental approach
* An understanding of confidentiality
