Adecco are working in partnership with Serco to recruit candidates to work as an essential public service worker, where you will be a vital member of the Serco team.


The role involves:



1. Providing end-to-end customer service on multiple streams including interacting with stakeholders at various levels including handling inbound and outbound calls and making relevant escalations as necessary.

2. Data input from standardised templates onto company systems

3. Good IT skills including use of CRM and Microsoft Office

Requirements:



8. You must have a minimum WIFI download speed of 8mgb, Minimum Upload Speed: 3Mbps and where possible a wired network connection (ethernet connection) to the router should be used to allow for a more stable internet connection.



9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

10. Able to follow instructions and processes

11. Resilience and the ability to work in a faced paced, high pressured team environment

12. Verified RTW documentation

13. Consent to undertake BPSS verification and willingness to provide employment history



14. Willingness and consent to apply for a DBS check



15. Ability to work on a out of hours service from home between 1am - 9am

16. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including a confident telephone manner with the ability to engage and build rapport quickly with people to assess their needs in a timely manner

17. Ability to handle the sensitive nature of calls/contacts to the service with empathy, professionalism, and a non-judgemental approach

18. An understanding of confidentiality
