Role: Business Change Manager
Rate: £650 - £750 per day (Umbrella, Inside IR35)
Client: Large Public Sector Organisation
Location: Hybrid and in Brighton
An Interim Business Change Manager, to join a major public sector organisation at a pivotal moment of business-critical transformation. This is a high-impact role where you'll lead people-centred change that delivers lasting value, not just short-term fixes.
You will shape and drive enterprise-wide transformation; cutting complexity, defining clear actionable steps, and ensuring new systems and ways of working are fully adopted.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience leading enterprise-wide change portfolios.
2. A blend of Public Sector and Private Sector experience.
3. Strong stakehodler amangement ability, organisational alignment, and people & culture transformation.
4. Hands-on delivery of change planning, training, and communications.
5. Change methodology expertise.
