We are seeking an experienced line production supervisor with leadership experience to oversee the weekend production operations within a home and beauty fragrance factory.
As the production Supervisor/Leader you will ensure machinery is set up correctly, production targets are met, and quality standards are maintained.
As theSupervisor, you will:
* Set up, adjust, and maintain machinesto ensure optimal performance
* Supervisethe weekend production team, ensuring targets and quality standards are met
* Train and supportoperators on machinery setup and production processes
* Ensure compliancewith health & safety regulations and company policies
* Conductquality checksto maintain production excellence
Requirements:
* Proven experience within a supervisory background
* Leadership or supervisory experience within a factory setting
* Strong technical knowledge of machine set up and troubleshooting
* Proactive approach to improving processes and production efficiency
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Shifts will be Friday Saturday and Sunday – 0600 – 1800
