You’ll be in the thick of it—leading projects, fronting up in customer meetings, working cross-functionally with Technical, Production, Commercial, Supply Chain, and the usual suspects. You’ll also be expected to keep things on time, on budget, and on spec. Without drama. Ideally, you’ve got a degree in Food Science or something similar. You’ll also need to understand food safety, retailer policies, and the unglamorous bits that keep projects from falling apart at launch. You won’t get micromanaged.
