* We are looking for an experienced and motivated person to to join our dynamic team in our Poppy and Daffodil Residence Buildings. Full training and career progression will be given as we are committed to helping you gain your QCF qualifications - If you would like to be part of that project we would love to hear from you. Our individuals don't have behaviours' that challenge and we are committed to offering a person centred service. You will support people who live with Dementia and other age related conditions with the delivery of their care which meets their individual needs as specified in their care and support plans. Support such as personal care, moving and handling, promoting independence. You will be required to follow best practices with regard to health and safety and promoting individuals equality, diversity and rights to ensure good outcomes and well being. Registration with Social Care Wales is an advantage but full support will be given with this if not held.
* Hours are 19.15pm to 07.15pm .
