\nYour new role
\nAs a Legal Disrepair Officer, you will independently manage a varied and often high‑volume caseload involving disrepair, complex housing litigation, injunctions, enforcement matters, and related housing management issues. You will defend claims, draft legal documents, prepare case bundles, instruct Counsel, and represent the organisation at regional court hearings. Working with surveyors, housing teams, and internal stakeholders, you will gather evidence, assess risk, identify trends, and provide practical legal advice.
