The Team:
The Account Management team is responsible for building and maintaining client relationships and understanding their requirements to serve them effectively. Working alongside other Account Managers and a Support team, you'll be fully supported in helping clients with various requirements.
Your Account Manager Role:
Account Managers are experienced sales professionals in financial services or related industries. While extensive market knowledge is not mandatory, self-motivation is crucial for success. The primary responsibilities include:
1. Building and nurturing client relationships through channels like telesales, social media, trade events, and networking.
2. Offering finance solutions by presenting products such as asset finance, commercial loans, invoice finance, and property finance.
3. Conducting financial requirement analyses and reviewing relevant documentation.
4. Developing a full understanding of client requirements.
5. Preparing proposal documents and compiling persuasive applications.
A high-performing Account Manager will also:
1. Research prospects prior to engagement.
2. Maintain professionalism in all communications.
3. Continuously enhance knowledge and skills.
4. Remain vigilant against fraud and money laundering, reporting concerns promptly.
5. Adhere to Treating Customers Fairly principles.
6. Support fellow Account Managers and share best practices.
Our Ideal Account Manager:
We seek a hardworking, proactive candidate who aims to thrive within a growing, collaborative team of 8. Opportunities for progression to management are available. The candidate should have a successful background in client-facing sales, preferably telesales, with prior experience in finance. Candidates from a finance brokerage background are highly desirable.
