We’re looking for an experienced and highly organised Senior Administrator/Accounts/ HR to take ownership of our administration, payroll and accounts functions while supporting the Directors and Manager in the smooth running of the business. This is a key position within the organisation, ideal for someone who enjoys responsibility, variety, and working at the heart of operations. What You’ll Be Doing * Overseeing day-to-day administration * Managing HR files, contracts, holidays and absence records * Preparing and coordinating monthly payroll * Maintaining accounts using Sage (sales ledger, purchase ledger, bank reconciliations) * Producing invoices, payment schedules and financial reports * Monitoring debtors and resolving account queries * Supporting onboarding and documentation processes * Supervising and allocating work to the Admin Assistant * Acting as a professional first point of contact for enquiries What We’re Looking For * Strong administrative and organisational skills * Payroll and accounts experience (Sage preferred) * High level of accuracy and attention to detail * Ability to manage multiple deadlines * Confident communicator with a proactive approach * Discreet and trustworthy when handling confidential information Why Apply? * A senior, trusted position with real responsibility * Varied role combining admin, HR and fi...
