The primary responsibility of this role is the effective post-award management of contracts. This role demands an experienced contract professional with deep expertise in commercial strategies, contract law, legal terminology, incentivisation models, and pricing structures. The Contract Manager will lead contract negotiations, manage conflict resolution, and exercise diplomacy to ensure supplier compliance with contractual obligations.They will implement and maintain comprehensive contract management plans and performance monitoring procedures, ensuring adherence to corporate governance standards.
We are looking for candidates with NEC and/or CCS contract experience and managing Professional Services Contracts.
Key Skills and Experience:
Contract Management: Proven experience in post-contract management with a focus on Professional Services Contracts. Contract Frameworks: Familiar with NEC or CCS contract frameworks. Contract Management Tools: Proficient in using CEMAR or similar contract management systems. Stakeholder Engagement: Strong stakeholder management capabilities across various levels.
