Job Description:
Are you detail-driven, organised, and ready to play a key role in supporting investment teams? We're looking for a Investment & Fund Administrator to join a growing organisation where you'll ensure the smooth running of funds and their investment portfolios.
What you'll do:
Co-ordinate investment applications and maintain accurate fund data.
Carry out AML checks and manage compliance across deals.
Support deal completions, audits, and reporting cycles.
Collate portfolio company data and contribute to fund reports.
Work closely with investment, finance, legal, and compliance teams.
What we're looking for:
Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
A problem-solver who takes pride in accuracy.
Confident communicator who thrives in a team environment.
Proficient in Excel, databases, and Microsoft Office.
Previous administration experience in a professional setting.
