Job Title: Head of Sales
Location: Central London – Hybrid (Mondays and Fridays WFH)
Salary: Starting from £50k, DOE + uncapped commission
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week (5 out of 7, including occasional weekend cover)

ARK is proud to be partnering with a leading name in private aviation to recruit an experienced and commercially driven Head of Sales. Based in central London, this is an exceptional opportunity to take the reins of a high-performing sales team and shape the next phase of growth for a business delivering bespoke, high-touch charter experiences to an elite global clientele.
With deep industry expertise and strong relationships across the operator network, our client is known for its commitment to excellence and a seamless, personalised service. They’re now looking for a dynamic sales leader with a solid background in private aviation brokerage to elevate commercial performance and drive strategic growth.
What you’ll be doing:
* Leading, motivating, and developing a team of charter brokers to consistently exceed sales targets and client expectations.
* Defining and executing the sales strategy, identifying growth opportunities, and expanding the client portfolio.
* Managing key accounts while building new high-value relationships with HNWIs, corporates, and agencies.
* Collaborating closely with operators and suppliers to ensure competitive charter solutions.
* Monitoring performance metrics and pipeline health to ensure consistent revenue generation and client retention.
* Setting the tone for excellent service delivery while maintaining high standards of professionalism and discretion.
* Representing the brand at industry events, networking opportunities, and key client meetings.
What we’re looking for:
* A minimum of 5 years’ experience working within private aviation, with strong exposure to the charter brokerage environment.
* At least 2 years in a management or leadership role, with a proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams.
* A solid understanding of operational and commercial functions, including P&L responsibility, setting and executing sales strategies, forecasting, and performance analysis.
* Deep knowledge of the private jet market—aircraft types, pricing structures, airport logistics, regulations, and customer expectations.
* A strategic thinker with strong business acumen and the ability to balance commercial growth with exceptional service delivery.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence when engaging senior stakeholders and high-net-worth clients.
* Tech-literate: comfortable using CRM systems (Zoho preferred), and proficient across Microsoft Office applications.
* A resilient and proactive leader who thrives under pressure and leads by example in a fast-paced, sales-focused environment.
