Role Overview: As an Operations Manager within the Wokingham service, you will ensure the delivery of a high-quality, safe service to those affected by alcohol and drug issues. You will manage key workers and admin staff, oversee daily operations, and support the Service Manager in achieving performance outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and support staff to deliver quality services.
2. Ensure the safe and effective day-to-day running of the service.
3. Support the Service Manager in meeting performance targets.
4. Maintain an understanding of substance use, harm reduction, and treatment modalities.
5. Manage your own diary efficiently and proactively.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Experience in managing people and understanding of substance use and harm reduction.
* Good Microsoft Office skills.
* Integrity, enthusiasm, and a passion to make a difference.
Additional Information:
All postholders may be required to work some evenings to meet service delivery needs. The core service operates Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm.
