Modular Project Manager
Job Summary
Nexos Solutions Limited is seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to lead and deliver engineering and modular solutions projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from initial planning through to execution and close-out, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in line with client requirements.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills, with experience managing multidisciplinary teams within engineering, fabrication, modular construction, or energy sector environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage projects through all phases including planning, execution, monitoring, and completion
• Coordinate internal departments, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure successful project delivery
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and progress reports
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, HSE regulations, and industry standards
• Monitor project performance, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies where required
• Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management
• Ensure all project documentation, technical records, and contractual information are maintained accurately
• Support procurement, fabrication, and engineering teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Manage change control processes and ensure variations are captured and communicated effectively
• Conduct site visits, workshop inspections, and client meetings as required
• Drive continuous improvement and promote efficient project delivery practices
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or related discipline
• Proven experience in a Project Manager role within engineering, fabrication, construction, modular solutions, or related industries
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and delivery processes
• Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project planning software such as MS Project or Primavera
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working within the energy, offshore, renewables, or modular construction sectors
• Knowledge of DNV, NORSOK, ABS, or other relevant industry standards
• Project Management certification such as PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent
• Commercial awareness with experience managing project budgets and contracts
• Familiarity with fabrication, engineering design, and construction workflows
