About Beechway House:
Supported living accommodation providing care and support for 16 adults with mild to moderate learning disabilities, situated in the Waterside area of Derry~Londonderry. Offers 24-hour staff support, supporting tenants to develop skills and participate in daily decision-making.
Essential Criteria:
* QCF/NVQ 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent, with 6 months experience in a care/support role, and registration with NISCC or ability to register within 6 months.
* Alternatively, 1 year of experience in a care/support role with previous experience working with individuals with learning disabilities or mental health issues, and registration with NISCC or ability to register within 6 months.
* Willingness to work towards relevant qualifications.
* Experience may include caring at home or voluntary work.
Additional Information:
This is a regulated post subject to a satisfactory Access NI check. Applicants must provide evidence of right to work in the UK. Apex does not sponsor visas.
