Vehicle Technician
Location: Oxford
Salary: up to £45,000 basic per annum, plus bonus, OTE £50k+
Hours: 45 hours per week, including Saturday's on a rota basis

My client, a well-established and reputable main dealership, is recruiting an experienced Service Technician to join their friendly and professional aftersales team in Oxford. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a modern, manufacturer approved workshop, benefiting from high standards, structured processes, and a strong focus on training and development. The role offers long term stability, varied day to day work, and clear progression opportunities within a successful dealership group. We will also consider Technicians at higher levels such as Diagnostic and Master Technicains which would reflect in the package.

Perform vehicle servicing and general maintenance

At least one years experience in a workshop environment
Minimum Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
Strong mechanical skills
Reliable work history with consistent attendance
Own a well stocked toolbox appropriate for workshop duties
