The Role
As our Growth Marketing Manager for this new event, you’ll lead the launch of a major new event within the PLE portfolio. You will:
* Build awareness and credibility of a brand-new event in the luxury space.
* Design and execute digital-first, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
* Attract and nurture luxury brands, partners, creators, and influencers.
* Support audience growth and commercial targets through high-quality lead generation and brand storytelling.

This role offers the rare opportunity to help launch and build a brand from the ground up, with real creative influence and commercial impact. You will shape how the event evolves, how it is perceived, and how it connects with its audience - from luxury brands and partners to creators, ambassadors, and future communities.
This position combines tactical planning, creative innovation and hands-on execution. You will be trusted to develop campaigns, build partnerships, and activate ideas - but also to personally deliver them across digital channels, content, social media, and community engagement.

This is a Permanent (Full-Time) opportunity reporting to the Director of Marketing.
Responsibilities
Brand Launch & Campaign Execution
* Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to support the launch and growth of the launch event.
* Translate brand positioning into compelling, channel-specific campaigns.
* Own campaign timelines, execution, optimisation, and reporting.
* Work closely with the Director of Marketing and the creative team at PLE to evolve the event’s brand voice and presence.
Digital, Social & Community Building
* Own day-to-day management of social media channels (primarily Instagram and LinkedIn).
* Develop and deliver a clear social media and content strategy focused on growth, engagement, and community.
* Actively engage with audiences, partners, brands, and influencers to build meaningful relationships and a loyal community.
* Support the development of brand communities, ambassador programmes, or membership-style initiatives.
Influencer, Brand & Ambassador Marketing
* Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with luxury influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors.
* Design influencer and brand collaboration campaigns that feel authentic, premium, and aligned with the brand’s ethos.
* Leverage personal networks and industry insight to extend reach and credibility.
Content & Creative Development
* Lead content planning across social, email, web, and campaign channels.
* Brief designers, videographers, and content creators with strong creative direction.
* Ensure content aligns with luxury brand standards, tone, and aesthetic.
* Spot opportunities for storytelling across travel, fashion, arts, and culture.
PR & Media Support
* Support the Director of Marketing with PR and media outreach, either directly or via an external agency.
* Contribute to press materials, story angles, and campaign narratives.
* Build relationships with relevant luxury, lifestyle, travel, and culture media where possible.
Lead Generation & Commercial Support
* Design and execute lead-generation campaigns to attract exhibitors, partners, and audiences.
* Work closely with sales and buyer recruitment teams to align targeting and messaging.
* Support audience segmentation, CRM activity, and campaign follow-up strategies.
Collaboration & Internal Alignment
* Collaborate with internal marketing, design, sales, and commercial teams.
* Ensure marketing activity supports business objectives and event targets.
* Share insights, results, and recommendations with stakeholders.
Due to the nature of the company and the role, you may occasionally be required to work outside of hours to attend events and meet deadlines.
Requirements
We seek individuals who meet the essential criteria below and bring distinctive qualities that enhance our team and client experience. To be considered for our Growth Marketing Manager opportunity, you’ll need to demonstrate:
* Proven experience in a Growth Marketing Manager or senior executive role, ideally within luxury, consumer, lifestyle, travel, fashion, arts, or premium brand environments.
* Strong digital marketing capability across social, content, email, and campaign execution.
* Experience launching or scaling brands, products, experiences, or events.
* Hands-on social media management and content planning experience.
* Strong creative instinct and eye for luxury branding and storytelling.
* Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
* A proactive, self-starting mindset — someone who enjoys building a brand from scratch.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
* Experience working with influencers, brand ambassadors, or creator communities.
* PR or media campaign experience, or experience working with PR agencies.
* Experience supporting or launching large-scale events or experiential brands.
* Existing network or contact book within luxury, lifestyle, travel, or creative industries.
