We are recruiting for a resident facing and leasing-focused opportunity within a premium residential development in the heart of Guildford.
The Role
As a Leasing & Resident Experience Executive, you will play a key role in driving occupancy while delivering exceptional service to residents.
Key Responsibilities Include
* Conducting property viewings and converting enquiries
* Managing the full lettings journey from enquiry through to move-in
* Completing Right to Rent checks and reviewing references
* Managing inbound leads and maintaining accurate CRM records (Salesforce)
* Working closely with the Lettings Manager to ensure apartments are market-ready
* Supporting and building rapport with residents
* Supporting and helping with resident events
* Supporting resident enquiries and resolving issues professionally
* Managing parcels, keys and visitor logs
* Preparing and delivering clear shift handovers
This role requires someone commercially aware, confident closing deals and comfortable working towards occupancy targets.
Working Pattern
* 1st Week Mon- Sat 8-5, Sat 9-6
* 2nd Week Tues – Fri 11-8
Flexibility required for occasional bank holiday cover.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
* Has a hospitality/hotel or property background
* Someone with a genuine interest in Property and developing a career
* Is target-driven and commercially minded
* Is very IT and tech savvy
* Is highly organised and proactiveHas strong communication and customer service skills
* Is comfortable using CRM systems
This is not purely a front-of-house role — it requires someone sharp, proactive and genuinely motivated by leasing performance.

* £28,000 basic salary
