Now were looking for a Key Account Coordinator to lead our key account fulfilment team. If youre organised, proactive, and thrive on keeping high-priority orders flowing smoothly, this role is for you.
WHAT YOULL BE DOING:
* Oversee the key account team to ensure orders are completed on time and in full.
* Communicate clearly with Supervisor on progress and challenges.
* Oversee team working on key account tasks.
* Liaise with Warehouse Supervisor on rework and special requirements.
* Monitor team performance and uphold standards.
* Escalate issues to the Warehouse Supervisor promptly
* Contribute to daily stand-ups.
* Provide cover for the Warehouse Supervisor when required, ensuring smooth shift operations.
* Demonstrate high standards and lead by example.

JOB DETAILS:
Term: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday - 09:30 to 17:30hrs (30-minute unpaid break)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £26,208.00 per year
