What you’ll get up to?
* Lead from the front, support the regional area managers, and be a champion of culture, commerciality and change.
* Be a visible, empowering presence across your patch - bringing standards and operational excellence, care and consistency.
* Deliver a solutions first culture, with tact, engaging in site teams to have true ownership of their sites.
* Support the venues in the 3 year vision to premiumise and elevate across quality, service and Food & Drink, partnering closely with the marketing, commercial, finance and people functions.
