Join Reed Talent Solutions as a Senior Bid Manager
We're seeking a skilled Senior Bid Manager to lead the creation and management of high-value tenders and presentations across a range of industries.
In this role, you'll:
* Write and manage bids, working closely with business development and stakeholders across the business.
* Coordinate responses to PQQs, RFIs, ITTs, and RFPs.
* Maintain and enhance our bid content library.
* Lead reviews to improve processes and outcomes.
* Design engaging presentations and graphics to support sales messaging.
What we're looking for:
* Proven experience in bid management, especially within MSP and RPO.
* Strong project management and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
* Experience in both public and private sector bidding.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
