AA Euro Group is currently recruiting experienced and talented Environmental Health and Safety Advisors to join high performing project teams in London. Our client is a construction company with operations across Ireland, UK and Northern Europe,specializing in Critical Environments such as Data Centres, Life Sciences, Aviation, High Value Manufacturing and Critical Logistics. Purpose of Role The Environmental Health & Safety Advisor is responsible for establishing, developing and directing the implementation of the HS&E strategy on Projects while ensuring that a Positive Safety Culture is maintained. Role Responsibilities * Health & Safety Guidance: Implement EHS policies and provide guidance on all health and safety matters. * Policies, Procedures & Documentation: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining EHS documentation. * Inspections, Audits & Reporting Conduct site inspections and audits and prepare reports. * Risk Management & Incident Reporting: Complete risk assessments and ensure incidents and accidents are investigated. * Training & Communication: Identify training needs and deliver EHS training sessions. * Subcontractor & Stakeholder Management: Ensure subcontractor compliance with EHS standards The Candidate * Third level qualification in EHS or a related discipline. * 3 years’ experience working on large scale commercial/construction projects. * Highly organised and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. * Conscientious, highly focused and detail orientated. * Self-starter and the ability to build relationships with all stakeholders. * Full clean driver’s license preferable. * Excellent communication skills.
