6. Subject Teachers experienced in SEN or SEMH
7. Teachers with experience supporting autism or behavioural needs
Mentoring & Support Roles
8. Behaviour Mentor (SEMH, PRU & AP)
9. Pastoral Mentor
10. Learning Mentor
11. SEN Teaching Assistant
12. SEMH Support Assistant
13. Youth Mentor / Youth Support Worker
14. Alternative Provision Support Worker
All roles are based in: Wolverhampton, Dudley, Sandwell, Walsall and surrounding Black Country areas. What These Schools Offer

What We’re Looking ForTo succeed in a special school or SEMH setting, you’ll ideally have:
20. Experience working with SEN, SEMH or challenging behaviour
21. Youth work, care, residential, mentoring or school-based experience
22. Strongmunication and de-escalation skills
23. A calm, resilient and patient approach
24. UK-based experience working with children or young people (essential)
CVs without clearly identifiable UK child-related experience unfortunately cannot be considered.
