Hourly Rate: £13.50 - £15.00 (Weekly pay!)

We are looking for an enthusiastic Account Manager to join our client in central Manchester! This is your chance to make a positive impact and assist a busy varied team as they undergo a period of transition!
What You'll Do: Think Brand Engagement!
As an Account Manager, you'll be the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
2. Understanding client requirements and providing tailored solutions
3. Collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service - heavy comms with marketing, events and facilities
4. Manage brand activities via a manned inbox and telephone calls
5. Book and schedule meetings
6. Meet and greet brands on arrival to site
7. Provide admin support to the team - formatting contracts, invoicing and schedules
8. Keep internal CRM updated in real time
Who You Are:

9. An excellent communicator with a passion for relationship-building
10. Proactive and enthusiastic working attitude
11. Detail-oriented and organised, capable of managing multiple accounts
12. Good IT skills, proficient user of the entire Microsoft office suite
13. Work across multiple projects simultaneously
