Growth Analyst Retention Glasgow (Hybrid or Remote) £45,000£60,000 Bonus, No Sponsorship I'm looking for a commercially minded Growth Analyst to play a key role in driving customer retention and lifetime value within a fast-growing, subscription-based business. Youll work closely with Growth and Tech teams to optimise customer journeys, uncover actionable insights, and shape data-led strategies that improve churn, engagement, and long-term loyalty. What youll be doing: Analysing retention, LTV, and customer behaviour to identify growth opportunities Building dashboards and reporting (Looker or similar BI tools) Designing and evaluating A/B tests to measure impact Developing predictive churn models Partnering cross-functionally to influence product and commercial decisions Presenting insight and recommendations to senior stakeholders What you'll need: Strong experience in growth, retention, or customer analytics Background in subscription, SaaS, or online business models Deep understanding of LTV and growth metrics Expert SQL skills Experience with BI tools (Looker preferred) Strong communication skills and a data-driven mindset
