Scheduler – Repairs, Maintenance & SOR Works Experienced Repairs Scheduler wanted in Enfield – manage SOR works, disrepair, voids, and backlog from day one. We are seeking an experienced Scheduler to join a busy repairs and maintenance team in Enfield. This role is ideal for someone who can hit the ground running, manage SOR works, and reduce backlog efficiently. Key responsibilities: Lead repairs scheduling across disrepair, voids, maintenance, decorating, and tiling projects. Manage and reduce Schedule of Rates (SOR) backlog, ensuring timely completion and accurate billing. Build and oversee Schedule 7 & 8 programmes, prioritising works and allocating resources efficiently. Liaise with operatives, subcontractors, and supervisors to keep projects on track. Maintain accurate system updates and records for reporting and operational efficiency. Key skills & qualifications: Proven experience as a Scheduler, Maintenance Planner, or similar in repairs or construction. Strong knowledge of SOR works, disrepair scheduling, and voids management. Excellent organisational, planning, and communication skills. Ability to prioritise workload and work independently. Experience coordinating tiling, decorating, and general repairs across multiple projects.
