Ideal candidates will be positive team players with customer service experience in a dynamic setting. Excellent communication skills, customer focus, and flexibility to work various hours (including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends) are essential.

Your key responsibilities include:
* Welcoming customers with a smile and friendly attitude
* Providing fast, friendly, and accurate service
* Resolving simple customer inquiries and referring complex issues to a manager
* Ensuring food is prepared, stored, and areas maintained according to health, safety, and audit standards
* Carrying out temperature checks and recording results
* Completing daily and weekly cleaning schedules
* Maintaining quality, speed, cleanliness, and sanitation standards
* Following performance standards and shift manager instructions
* Contributing to restaurant goals and targets
* Keeping operational and kitchen areas clean, stocked, and comfortable for customers
* Reporting near misses, injuries, or illnesses promptly
* Following safety procedures and wearing PPE when required
