Our client, a global leading law firm, are keen to recruit a sharp and dynamic Innovation Manager to join their fast-growing London based Innovation team. You'll be responsible for successfully delivering innovation projects which span people, process and technology in order to drive efficiency and productivity across the firm's practice areas.
Key Responsibilities:
• Leading process improvement and technology projects with the support of SME's
• Creating innovative business solutions to drive efficiency
• Using Project Management, Change Management and Process Improvement disciplines to successfully deliver and embed change
• Supporting and advising business services on the deployment of process and technology for large and complex transactions
Skills and Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years experience delivering change related projects
• Lean Six Sigma certified (Black Belt)
• Hands on process definition and mapping experience essential
• Recent experience of successfully delivering large process improvement projects within a large professional services environment
• Experience working with external IT solution providers
• Prince2, APM or PMI certifications are desirable
• Training or coaching experience advantageous
