Advanced Practitioner – Leaving Care Staying Close Team.
Location: Shire Hall, Gloucestershire County Council.
Contract: Permanent – 37 hours per week.
Salary: £48,226 – £51,356 per annum (subject to experience).

Responsibilities
* Deliver core leaving care services.
* Hold a reduced caseload.
* Embed systemic approaches within the team and service.
* Collaborate in developing and implementing the Leaving Care Staying Close framework.
* Support the development of new ideas and ways of working for care‑experienced young people.

About the Team
The team is part of a project developing “Staying Close”, focusing on care‑experienced young people. It currently includes a Senior Leaving Care Personal Advisor and two Leaving Care Personal Advisors.
About You
* Full driving licence and willingness to drive.
* DBS clearance.
* Completed ASYE Year (if qualified after 2012).
* Experience or strong interest in systemic social work practice.
* Motivation to develop skills in leaving care support.
