Role Overview
We seek enthusiastic individuals committed to providing high-quality, value-added services to clients. We will develop your skills in accountancy, taxation, and audit, with substantial IT and business development exposure. Key Responsibilities
Audit Planning and Execution
* Develop audit plans with management considering organizational goals, risks, and regulations.
* Conduct risk assessments and help shape audit procedures and testing methodologies.
* Lead and supervise audit juniors, ensuring quality and timeliness.
* Analyze findings, identify weaknesses, and recommend improvements.
Client Relationship Management
* Build and maintain client relationships by understanding their business and challenges.
* Communicate audit scope, objectives, and progress effectively.
* Address client questions and concerns promptly.
* Build trust by understanding client needs and offering insights.
Team Management and Development
* Assess and delegate tasks to junior auditors, providing coaching and feedback.
* Review documentation for accuracy and compliance.
* Create an inclusive environment promoting knowledge sharing and teamwork.
Continuous Improvement
* Stay updated on accounting and auditing standards and best practices.
* Apply technical knowledge to assess accounting treatments and disclosures.
* Enhance skills through learning, certifications, and self-development.
* Act as an ambassador for the audit practice and support marketing activities.
* Participate in improvement initiatives and network to develop client relationships.
Ideal Candidate
* Degree Qualified: At least 300 UCAS points, open to any discipline, no work permit required for initial 3-year training.
* Part or Non-Qualified: Open to applicants with or without accountancy qualifications.
* Communicative: Excellent interpersonal skills, active listening, and ability to articulate complex info.
* Collaborative: Team player who supports colleagues and meets deadlines.
* Adaptable: Comfortable with change and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
