About the Role
We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to play a pivotal role in securing new service contracts and driving sustainable business growth.
In this role, you'll focus on developing long-term, trusted relationships with new customers, with a focus on 80% service contracts and 20% projects. You'll manage the full sales cycle - from prospecting and pitching to negotiation, contract signing, and mobilisation.
This position requires strong commercial awareness, excellent relationship-building skills, and the self-motivation to manage your pipeline effectively.

What You'll Be Doing
Market Research & Analysis
* Identify and analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitors.
* Work with leadership and marketing to define and target key markets.
Business Development
1. Identify, target, and convert prospective clients into long-term customers.
2. Build strong relationships from first contact through to contract signing.
