Job Title Analyst - Threshold and Transaction Reporting Department Specialist Services-BG-UK Overview of Department The Specialist Services department comprises 6 specialised teams: AFC Operations, Fees & Billing, Market Access, Product Operations, Regulatory Data Reporting and Threshold & Transaction Reporting. Collectively they provide robust operational support across various functions, focusing on compliance, risk management, client service, and market access. They also deliver a centralised focus with expertise, oversight, and accountability in line with stakeholder, client, and regulatory expectations across all jurisdictions. Purpose of Role To support the provision of an effective regulatory reporting function in relation to global shareholding disclosure obligations and MIFID & EMIR transaction reporting. Proactively engage with colleagues, regulators, and our internal client base across the globe in order to maintain an effective regulatory environment. Responsibilities Support the successful submission and reconciliation of daily MIFID & EMIR transaction reports Identify, prepare and submit major interest notifications to global regulators as required. Perform various regular position monitoring checks and support the review of disclosure rules across all markets. Support the investigation and identification of other reporting requirements that may apply when building large holding positions in investee companies. Manage and maintain LEI data across various platforms. Keep up to date on regulatory developments Escalate issues as they occur, suggesting solutions and recommendations where possible. Participate in ad hoc projects to enhance knowledge, gain experience and develop skills. Contribute to board, committee and team meeting papers as appropriate. Qualifications: IOC/IMC - desirable Knowledge and Experience: Experience of regulatory reporting within the UK or overseas is preferred but not necessary.
