Join Our Team as a Clean Team Member

As a Nuffield Clean Team Member, you'll organize your work with guidance from a Team Leader to ensure cleaning activities do not disrupt the customer experience. You'll use the latest cleaning equipment and products, supported by comprehensive training. Your friendly nature and good communication skills will be important when interacting with colleagues and customers.
Responsibilities:
* Clean and prepare various areas within our club
* Show care for our customers
* Take pride in your work
* Follow cleaning processes to keep the environment clean, pleasant, and safe
* Operate equipment safely (such as scrubber dryers, rotary machines, & carpet cleaners)
* Perform tasks including cleaning gym, changing rooms, showers, poolside areas, waste removal, and periodic deep cleaning

Please note: A major part of this role involves cleaning the male changing rooms, so we are seeking a Male Cleaner only for this position. This does not affect the rights of other candidates. Exemption is claimed under the Equality Act 2010 Part 1 Schedule 9.
