What will you be doing?
As our Trainee Web Shop Accuracy Checking Assistant, you will provide a high standard of customer care along with accuracy check on clinically checked prescriptions, and achieve volume targets which have been set. Record any identified near misses and deal with and record dispensing errors.
What do you need?
* Excellent communication skills
* The ability to deliver exceptional customer service
* Flexibility to help out other departments if needed
* A good understanding of written English
